I have so many hobbies...one of them is draw
and my favorite to draw is drawing my dreams and make a doodle art....

Choco Banana

Hai bunda...pagi-pagi pingin makan yang anget lagi kriuk yang sekalian bisa di bawa bekal anak-anak ke sekolah dengan bahan dasar pisang. Yuk simak resepnya...

Bahan :
15 buah pisang raja/ kepok matang
2 butir telur, ambil putihnya
secukupnya tepung panir
1 sdm gula pasir
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt bubuk vanila

Topping:
Dark Chocolate Compound (DCC)
Susu kental manis (SKM)
Keju

Cara Membuat:
1. Belah pisang menjadi bentuk kipas atau sesuai selera.
2. Kocok putih telur dengan gula, garam, dan vanila. Asal rata saja.
3. Celupkan pisang ke dalam kocokan telur, lalu gulingkan pada tepung panir. Lakukan sampai habis. Boleh langsung goreng atau simpan di kulkas dulu agar panirnya lebih lekat.
4.Goreng dalam minyak panas dengan api sedang sampai warna panir berubah keemasan. Angkat tiriskan.
5. Selagi hangat, letakkan di piring saji. Beri irisan DCC di atasnya, jika suka keju bisa di taburi keju dan SKM supaya lebih mantap.
Taraaaaa.....
